Re: 68 L89 Camaro
I remember a car Mark Young sold at BJ in 2004 or 2005 and it was supposed to be an L89. I would verify this isn't that car.

Re: 68 L89 Camaro
A lot of things wrong with that one.. Restored; incorrectly but restored. That affidavit doesnt mean much either.. I wouldnt add it to my list of L78/L89 cars.. Maybe Kurt or someone else from CRG has something on it..

Re: 68 L89 Camaro
I believe there's a long story on this car. Those interested follow the BJ sale trail. As always Buyer beware....

Re: 68 L89 Camaro
anyone have NCRS info wrt dealership delivery for this car? Shot in the dark, but orig owner of my '69 L78 Chevelle was inspired to get his solid lifter car by his buddy's L89 '68 Camaro from the Roanoke area.
EDIT: just saw the affidavit saying it was supposedly delivered new in Reno. Nevermind............ |
Re: 68 L89 Camaro
Would be nice to look at the engine and trans stamp pad, broach marks and the engine assy date with Los VIN stamp. Many sellers claim the car to be original born with driveline but fail to show anything to back it up.
