2 complete sets of 5 Schrader valve stem extension caps used on some 68-71 Camaros Chevelles Impalas and Novas. Very hard to find with the SCHRADER USA and metal ball. Assembly Manual pt# 9417745.

Lynn is correct. If these were the replacement ones with the plastic ball then that would be about right.
