1970 454 LS-4 512 Short Block and 290 Heads
 

Hello, selling a 70 454 512 LS-4 2 bolt main stamped T0918CGV short block and heads. The block is dated I129. It is .030 over with no ridge in the cylinders. This was a running motor yesterday I pulled it out of a 93 GMC truck. Has the 7416 forged crank in it. Has a set of 290 heads dated G89 and H79 they have been opened up to 2.19 valves and have minor port work. Does not come with oil pan but has harmonic and timing cover on it. I will hot bolt the heads back to it, strap to a GM engine crate, and deliver to a trucking dock. Buyer arranges and pays shipping costs. Price is 1500. Larry 520-349-2337

you may want to post up piston type- cast or forged and pics of the tops of them
good deal on this engine! what happened to pan?

Hello, I am going to hold onto the pan for another project. Its just the stock pan. They are cast pistons I believe nothing special. It is a hydraulic cam also. Larry
