Ive seen these before..i remember seeing them on a work jacket in an estatessale of a GM mechanic..one was chest pocket the other on the back..i just cant be sure they are in fact GM..but i believe they are..

these are 59-60 style 348 or big block style patch..NOS and mint, they came out of a GM line mechanics estate amd you can see they are old..like 60s
