This is the car that rich p advertised about a year ago on here. I believe it was restored by Larry Christensen in CO. It was sold new at Gates Chevrolet in Mishawaka IN which is about a half hour from me.

Not bashing a very nice car, just asking, because I don't believe I have seen it before.
Is it correct to have body color over spray on hood hinges and hood insulation?

My only comment is that it was most likely restored many years ago, and doesn't incorporate the latest acceptable restoration practices, materials and finishes. This is only a guess based on the quality of the pictures provided. This looks to be a very nice car, that needs some updating.
