Unless I'm missing something, the reproductions, like this cover are readily available from any of the aftermarket Olds parts suppliers.

Original used or NOS W-27 Covers are expensive and difficult to find.

hes not calling it rare..per sey..in the text he says its a reproduction of the rare cover...not its a rare reproduction..
