Old School "Crane Cams Componets

Went to a swap meet this weekend and picked up a box of
Crane Cam Parts
Anybody have an old catalog that could chase a few #'s for me?
I have 3 sets of lifter #'s
Not sure on application or if they are Hyd. or Solid
11510
And
34510
There was a 3rd set # 36500
And printed on the box they are for 62-74 Ford V-8
"Lightweight Alloy Iron".

And then Springs
Outers
99834
99836
99847
And then innerspring
99853
99856
Thanks in Advance,
Joe

Best I can do on these parts...

Springs have many different applications for different manufactures.. a few pictures of their uses. Chevrolet/Ford/Pontiac

with different engines sizes.
