Re: Reproduction T-3's are back
How much brighter are they? Is there a unit such as candle power?
I could barely see in my old Chevelle at night, this may be the answer for my Olds? I won't have to worry about a deduction as I plan to put lots of miles on her:-) Ryan |
Re: Reproduction T-3's are back
I haven't installed mine yet but was told they are a modern filament. The bulb is a 6014 60/50 watt. I believe the original t3's are 35 watt. I'm not sure if they are Halogen (that's what I was originally told by the parts place) but based on my research I don't think they are. I think they use the same filament as the last reproductions from letric limited so no wiring upgrades are required.

I am afraid I signed up for too much of an old school experience, four wheel drum-manual brakes, manual steering, manual transmission, and dim lights.........let the fun begin |
