Re: Edelbrock C427X
Thanks will try that guy in Phoenix.
Funny, I just bought a C454 in original box, with paperwork. Was never ran but bolted onto a display motor for $125.00 CANADIAN, not $650.00 US as the other thread was asking. |

Lol.....Good Buy on your part......New or Nos. is always Way Nicer than "restored, blasted ,skinned stuff....Nearly Impossible to Duplicate A/M cast aluminum color & finish........ |
Re: Edelbrock C427X
I've ran 11.60's with these old C427X intakes and I like them. I can remember back in the '90's running into NOS examples very frequently at several swap meets. For whatever reason, there seemed to be many brand new ones floating around. I'm sure there still some out there and I'll keep an eye open.

Re: Edelbrock C427X
The $650 price was in 2004 funny money dollars, the days when everyone took out Ditek 125% loans and removed every drop of equity to spend on their car hobby and the plan was to flip their current home in 2 years to triple their money to pay their home loan back.
