Re: Yenko Race Car being Restored
Did J & D Engineering do engine work for YENKO? Is that the stamp ("JD Engineering") that Grady found on his L88 in his beautiful red Camaro?

I'm thinking 1977-'78 or so..most likely SBC </div></div> I'm curious what transmission they ran at the time. My fiance's cousin runs a Rush Mod with a direct drive (press the pedal to engage the clutch, then hammer it into gear when you're at speed... I need to try that some time) that I'm still fascinated by. And the driver in that first pic looks like the spitting image of her dad who ran a dirt car until she came along in '77. |
