Hurst Straight-line / Ram Rod shifter
I have an early Hurst Straight-line shifter. I forget the exact name it's called.
This is the shifter and linkage, but no boot. I believe it's for a Muncie. Asking $450 https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...0-dscf6919.jpg https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...1-dscf6922.jpg |

Re: Hurst Straight-line / Ram Rod shifter
I think it was called the "Ram Rod Inline". I had one in my Z11 Pace Car back in high school circa 1978. I really butchered the tranny tunnel to make it fit but it sure was a cool contraption!.

That is a pretty sweet deal. It can make a Bill Jenkins out of just about anyone!

Re: Hurst Straight-line / Ram Rod shifter
That's a decent deal as a NOS one sold last year for somewhere in the range of $1400
Kurt EDIT: Rick, that will work on a Muncie and Borg Warner T10. |

This is the early design that has the flat chrome reverse lever.
The later version had a round black handle for reverse. |
