Interesting photo stream!
 

Many of you will be interested to learn that Beaumonts were available in other countries as well as Canada. They were assembled as Knockdown kits in Belgium, South Africa, and Chile. Some as right hand drive. These countries also assembled full sized Canadian Pontiacs and Chevrolets.
This guys photostream has photos of these cars from all over the world, as I think he is or was a GM of Canada employee or executive. Pretty interesting, but you need some time to go through it all. Also some RHD Fords and Chryslers too!

Beaumonts were built in Chile for a couple years after production stopped in Canada.

And because they needed local content, they had fiberglass big block hoods made locally.
So you could get a 6 cyl. with a big block hood!
