Found 1960 corvette
 

1960 corvette with 38k original miles. Matching number California car. Original motor is sitting in his garage. Not sure which hp motor came in the car. Bonding strips look good. Not hit car. He's asking $55k. Opinions and thoughts please.

I can go get more pics if any one is interested. I'm going up later this week to look at some big block cars he has.

Its an auto. hum... I am not sure if an auto is desirable for that price. But check to see if the original engine has a 4spd, you never know unless you ask. I wonder if it has a power top, and power windows, considering it is an auto. I am a sucker for these solid axles. If he has any original paper work, that is rare. May add to value.

Almost forgot , he has the factory soft top also.

Is the paint original? I am assuming the frame is fine since it is a Ca car?

I don't think the ask is too high. If all checks out.
