NOS GM/Holley 3910 67 Z28 and 67 L78

I have had saved this carb for many years for my 67 4K L78 which I have since sold so I no longer need this carb.
It is new in the box the shipping date was from 1977 and the date code looks like 1015 which should be 1971 Jan 5th week.

Fred, I believe the date code for 1015 breaks down as 1/015 or (1) 1971 (015)15th day. In other words it would be January 15th of 1971.

1015 translates as 101st day of a year ending in 5. 1975, 85, 95 and so on.

I am used to the earlier carbs and date format

Ahh....correct John, I have it backwards. Thanks for the correction. I know better. ...it was a long day yesterday.

Fred, some time in 1972/1973 they changed from 3 numbers to 4 numbers.

So based on the package shipping date
The carb is stamped the 101 st day of 1975
