Have I found a real Yenko?
Guys had a friend tell me about someone he knew had a 1970 Yenko Deuce Nova. The car is about gone as far as being able to restore and what not but has a clear title and tags and what not. I have a VIN# for the car I can private message someone who might be able to help me out. I have looked at the list on here of the 120 known Yenko VINs and its not on there but there are what 55 VIN's missing any info? The car is originally Hugger Orange. The rear end is missing, as is the front half of the car. The title says Yenko Deuce right on it, its a Kentucky Title.

Was it a real Hugger Orange car Marlin?

Re: Have I found a real Yenko?
Yes, with a black v/t, triple moldings, and custom interior - so not a Deuce.

Re: Have I found a real Yenko?
Marlin
That rim, center decal & cap look to be authentic,(No trim rings on YDeuce wheels),but the E78 Goodrich white stripe tire mounted to it?...maybe remounted by owner to another 14 X 7 magnum rim as a spare? Didn't SS wheels on a Deuce dictate white lettered tires? |
