Can I somehow save a thread to my computer?

Last year there was a thread covering some repair work that was done to my car. I'd love to be able to save that thread on my computer to document what was done to the car and the results that were achieved.
I know I can use the search feature on the forum but, I am concerned that the thread might be deleted after a certain number of years which is why I'd like to save a copy to my computer.

Is that even possible?

Anothet option to consider is to print the file as a pfd. If you don't have the ability on you pc, I'd be happy to give it a shot if you send me the link to it. It should turn out looking much like the actual thread, pics and all.
