772 bbc fan blade help

Im looking to buy a fan blade for my 69 chevelle and have a chance to pick this one up but I noticed there's two odd ball rivets in one blade. Is this normal maybe for balancing or should I stay away from it. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...9926-image.jpg

That's typical & yes it's for balancing.
