1972 Lemans sport convert 400 4spd 1 of 56
I owned this car for over 9 years [5 was spent on a full blown frame off restoration] and now its time to let it go. Figured id try here before registering it for auction. Its a very rare lemans sport convertible with a factory 400 like the GTO had and a 4 speed trans. In 72 you could not get a true GTO convertible but if you were smart enough you could go in and first order a lemans sport then check off the T41 option which gave you the GTO endura bumper and hood and fenders then you had to order the 400 engine and 4 speed and a 355 safe-t-track rear. These cars are true insurance company beaters. Better yet this car was ordered in Sundance Orange with a Saddle bucket seat interior, pwr steering, disc brakes, console,Rally gauges and a Indash tachometer,Honeycomb wheels and a few others. Everything is PHS documented. It was sold new here in easton pa at Rankin pontiac. Original born with drivetrain. I went all out and powercoated the frame, wheelwells, all stainless lines, red oxide floors etc. Theres too much to list. Asking 45k for it 267-246-6903https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...7-8164-045.jpg
