Inspection marks/paint on '69 Nova subframe
 

I am restoring my '69 L78 Nova and I have finished reassembling the subframe/front suspension. I bought the paint set for inspection markings from Classic Industries. Is there a guide out there anywhere on what colors and where to apply inspection marks?

Also, I have a '63 409 Impala I recently finished. Did they do inspection marks on Impala's back in '63?

nice looking job on the subframe...what type of paint did you use on it, gloss level etc?

The subframe was sand blasted clean and then powder coated in 60% gloss black.
