I was up before 6:00 am and it was already 81 degrees. We have had at least 6 days in a row of at least 104 degrees and I think today is supposed to hit 109. Fire departments will be busy. Happy 4th all.

Sounds like our last two summers here in OK. 2011 and 12 were both brutal. I believe in 2011 OKC had a hotter summer than Phoenix. Sherri and I were building our retaining walls in 2011. Would get up at 4 a.m. for the &quot;coolest&quot; part of the day. Still 89 degrees.

So far this year, very mild. One or two days at 100, but mostly high 80's low 90's.

Oh yeah. Happy 4th.
