Understanding a build sheet

I've got a build sheet which I thought I pulled from my sister Eileen's 1969 LM1 Camaro. I don't randomly collect these things but with a Baltimore call out, Rich Pern has me scratching my head. I don't understand how this got strapped to the bottom of the seat of my sister's Camaro. She is the second owner, and we know the car was sold out of Coupe Chevrolet. I would appreciate any help understanding what kind of car this is supposed to go with.

I sure dont know how or why either if thats true paul but that buildsheet is from a 1970 Malibu with a straight 6 in it aand a powerglide. it was astro blue also. Are you sure its not another family members car?? Looks like it had a tape player in it too. Special order car!!!

You know what Don, that could make sense. My uncle had a blue 1970 Chevelle. When we got it, it had a V8. I guess it was coincidence that both cars were sold out of Coupe and had 3.08 gears, PS, PG etc. I'll have to dig up pics of both cars. I know the fellow who owns the Chevelle now. He installed a big block an has owned it for probably 10 years or so.
