Z28/LT1 oil pan, main studs & windage tray

Reproduction is OK as long as it's quality, good used OEM preferred.

Eric:

I think all are still available from GM, and quite reasonable. Pan is slightly different from assembly line correct, but still functional.

I believe I have an original pan laying around as well. I will take a look.

Lynn;

I looked up the following part #'s and it appears the pan has been discontinued?

360450 Oil Pan

3855152 Screen

3927136 Windage Tray

14079399 Gasket Kit

14087508 Studs

9422297 Nuts

*EDIT*

Also looking for a pair of LT1 style valve covers, repro OK, used preferred.

Call this dealership in CT. (203-730-5773), they may still have one #360450 pan.

Scoggin Dickey has the pan for $99.95. At least it still shows up.

Like I said, it is slightly different from the assy line pan.

I did a little tutorial here showing the differences:

http://www.camaros.net/forums/showth...hlight=oil+pan

I saw one of the later pans painted orange sell on ebay for over $500. That is what prompted me to do the write up.

Re: Z28/LT1 oil pan, main studs & windage tray

I saw the pan listed on the SD site yesterday but many other sites were showing it as discontinued. I'll give SD a call shortly.

*edit*

Called SD, everything is available...except for the pan.

This is for a hotrod project so I'm not concerned with 100% originality, I'm more concerned with function.

Thanks!
Eric

Hey Eric. I sent an email to you with the pics but I now know how to add pics to my post. Here is what I have. I do need to keep the oil fill cap though.
