70 LT-1 Nova
I am an NHRA Stock Eliminator racer and I just ran across on the internet today that there were around 175 1970 COPO Nova's sent to Yenko. My problem is these are cars are not recognized by NHRA. So I am looking for help in tracking down documentation and/or getting in contact with whoever owns the Yenko brand. All help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Tyler Wudarczyk |

Re: 70 LT-1 Nova
Tyler,
There's an accurate inventory of the Yenko Deuce's in the thread above this one that you just started. Anything more specific that you're looking for? |
Re: 70 LT-1 Nova
This has been discussed several times over the years with the same results - the NHRA simply does not respond to inquiries about this combination, just like in 1970!

Re: 70 LT-1 Nova
As to ownership of the Yenko trademark and rights , those belong to Classic Industries in California

Re: 70 LT-1 Nova
No, I do not have one of these cars however I do have a 70 Nova that I currently race in Stock Eliminator. I used to drive a 70 Camaro with an LT-1 in stock so that is why I am interested in the combination with the Nova.

Re: 70 LT-1 Nova
I responded to your thread over at classracer just now...I posted some of the correspondence over there years ago, but for some reason the images won't show up?
