Sam, my car is a 06C car. If you go over to Team Chevelle and look up the thread I have for my Chevelle, I have pictures of my booster including part number and date. I took them about 2 years ago.

Here is the picture of Kurt`s Chevelle (My former Chevelle), just as Kurt said....its a 06C Kansas Built 1969 SS396 300 Deluxe Post Sedan.

9391 is correct.
