Not sure on the year of this and the GM numbers on the backside are very difficult to read. Emblem is NOS and pure GM not a repop piece of junk!! The studs on the backside have never had nuts on them as you can see in the pictures... The Stinn ruler is NOT for sale just utilized to show measurement..
