Anybody with a decent contact at Virginia DMV? I am trying to identify a VIN from a 1968 Virginia tag number. The car is/was a 1969 RSSS 396/4-spd that belonged to my Uncle at the time. He passed away in 1995 and none of his relatives have any info on the car. I do have a photo of it showing the 1968 Virginia license plate number. My goal is to try to locate the car, if possible.
