SPECIAL THANKS TO RICK 69 SUPERSPORT 396
 

I would like to publicly thank Rick Eckenrode (SYC Member: 69 SUPERSPORT 396) for all his time, efforts and help with providing me information about the rare RPO CE1 69 Chevelle headlight washer system option.

I am installing this option on my Chevelle this winter. Rick has a factory system on his Chevelle. He forwarded me lots of pictures, measurements and information about this option. We have been "PMing" each other quite a bit within the last month..

Rick's a great guy!! This is just another example of what a great site this is with great people always willing to help each other out!!

This is one cool and very rare option. Hard to find, not many `69 Chevelles were equiped with this option.

Oh my, we NEED to see more pics of this car. It looks just like the chevelle that we traded in for our deuce. If I could have any car back that we ever owned, the chevelle would be my pick!

Here she is.... This picture was taken last July at a real nice car show... The second picture is Grady's 69 COPO and Woj's 69 black beauty..... I'll post more as I get more involved in the project... I threw in some more at different cruises and my sister's driveway..

Special thanks to Woj and Grady with help on the restoration.. This used to be Woj's Chevelle and I bought it from him...
