Rodger Brackett and Cliff Johnson-69 427 Biscayne
 

Does anyone know a Rodger Brackett or Cliff Johnson from Shawnee Kansas. They have or had a Lemans Blue 1969 L72 M22 Biscayne that was sold new out of Van T. Chevrolet.

Is this the car that one of the Muscle Car magazines did a feature on back in the late 80's or early 90's? Seems like I remember it being sold from Van T. Don't know either person unfortunately.

I seem to recall meeting Rodger several years ago, but I don't recall the cicumstances, and I certainly don't &quot;know&quot; him.

The car did appear in MCR years back. I've got the issue somewhere. It was part of a low buck muscle feature and was on the cover, up top, along with an orange 70 Road Runner and a red 69 Cobra.

This may be the Cliff Johnson you are looking for. He has a shop about 2 miles from the old Van Chevrolet dealership. I stopped there a couple of years ago to offer him a 3000 mile LT1 shortblock I had for sale. He is a nice guy with a great shop and works on street rods as well as the family sedan. He mentioned to me that he may own or has owned a COPO Camaro, so he may be your man. 5024 Antioch ,
