1970 Radio Green Tint 01BPBT1

Just received my 01BPBT1 radio and 2 front speakers back from radio shop up here in Montreal.. Had it tuned up and warranteed on parts and labor for a 3 month period in writing.
Believe it came from a '70 Chevelle and or full sized Chevrolets. Also read somewhere that it is correct for, and or fits into Camaro Monte Carlo Chevy II Acadian and Chevelle bodt types.
Will be putting her up on EBay, and, I'd like to get an idea of the pricing structure for the unit alongwith the 2 front speakers (only 1 working) and associated wiring and various GM stickers still applied to the parts.
Have pics ready, and it was suggested I go on a couple of Boards prior to E-vil Bay.
Thanks!
Ted

01BPBT1

0 indicates the last digit of the model year: 1970

1 indicates the GM vehicle division: 1 = Chevrolet division. (2=Pontiac, 3=Oldsmobile, etc).

B indicates the vehicle: "B-body". (full-sized vehicle--Impala, Caprice)

PBT indicates the type of audio equipment: PB = AM pushbutton radio with 8 track tape. (FP = AM/FM pushbutton, FM = AM/FM-stereo pushbutton, MP = Multiplex adapter, etc).

1 indicates this piece of audio equipment was apart of the first design run. This really isn't that important compared to the rest of the model number. If "2" had been the last digit, it would simply indicate Delco had made a change in the production of the same radio (such as an electronic circuit board revision) and it would have been apart of the second design run.

1970 AM/8-Track 01BPBT1 Combination radio/tape player is what that model number is for

Big cars, Impala, Caprice, Bel Air & Biscayne

I would think the market would be limited as it is not for the more popular cars such as the Nova, Chevelle and Camaro ...

That radio is the SAME exact radio as a Chevelle 8 track radio.
