YH Wheel
 

I have a 70 or 71 dated YH wheel K-1-0 Sept 23. I know it is not a 69 Z wheel, but I wanted to post here first to see if anyone could use it. If noboby can use it here I will put it on ebay. The wheel is in good condition no bad edges, lug holes are all good. The wheel does have a few nicks on the outer edge. No bad rust damage or anything like that. It is painted and ready to install.

What is the application for the 'YH' wheel dated in 1970? I know the '70 Z/28 takes its own 5-spoke wheel.

Yep travlnz28 is right. I looked up the wheel in Alan Colvin's Chevy by the numbers in the 70 -75 edition and Monte Carlo is the application. I also looked up the YH wheel in the same book but the 65 -69 edition and it is the same wheel size etc but for the Z/28. Same code on the inside for both years.
Yahoos on the online auctions try to pass them off as Z wheels.

I thought some of the 70 Z/28's got rally wheels instead of the five spokes. Never happened??? Just early owners making the swap?
