Friend might need help in Scottsdale area

I have an old friend, Scott Patterson, hauling his car to Russo-Steele tomorrow from LA. Car is a freshly restored 1967 RS L78. His hauler bailed on him and he'll be pulling the car himself with a U-Haul. In case he doesn't make it to R-S in time (5pm deadline I think plus he's never pulled a trailer before), is there anyone in the area who would be willing to store the car overnight until Monday? It would really suck to have the car sit out all night uncovered on an open trailer. I'm not gonna make it this year as 10-20ft of snow is forecasted up here next week. Scott's phone # is 818-415-5418.

Denis, Have him call me if needed. We can always make Lynn park the Mazda outside for one night!

Thanks Bruce. You're a good guy. I sent him your phone #. He'll appreciate the helping hand as he sounded pretty upset by the whole situation earlier when I spoke to him.

PS: His car is pretty nice.

Yep, looks like a big one. Donner kids are already starting to gnaw on each other.

LOLx2

Whenever I go to a restaurant and they ask for a name, I always give them "Donner".

That way they get to yell out "DONNER, PARTY OF FIVE".

To wit, I then respond, "Better make it four, we're not as hungry now." https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif
