69 GM Widow Handles

I recently purchaced several sets of nice oem window cranks with the clear knobs for my 69 chevelle. My question is what is the application difference between the 39717838 and #200322800. What I have noticed is that the #200 handles have more of an arch on the handle. I think the #397 ones are correct but still puzzled. Thanks https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif

The handles with less of an arch (less space between the handle and door panel) are correct.

On allot of original Camaros, and Chevelles... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif, I have noticed that the rear Window Cranks have the deeper arch, for added finger clearance around the stainless trim.
The shallow arch ones are for the front. If you put the deep arch on the front they tend to hit your knee more when driving.

Ok, but if the narrower arched handles are correct for my chevelle, then what would the others have been used on? There is an NOS #200 set on ebay now with no pics of the side view which would really get your goat spending the money I know they will bring and then be wrong for the car.
