Haven't had any luck at any of the local parts stores. Anyone have a lead on a replacement for this?

I have very similar to that one. Looks exactly the same on the backside and very similar on the front but the part number is 145. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif
