GM part number ID

Part number 3902952 Group 6.020 It is a spindle and I found it in a google search as fitting the '67 Camaro but I couldn't tell if it was for disc or drum. There is a blue paint mark and an orange paint mark on it. My 1975 issued parts book didn't show it at all. The box is marked 5-69. Clint
