Muncie serial stamping
 

I bought a replacement case for the Muncie in my '67 442. The casting number is now proper and the stamped-in date code is about right for my car. Z141647 is stamped in the top of the rear. Is this the last of the VIN of the original car it was installed in? Z for Fremont? Thanks - I appreciate the expertise!
