Re: traction bar question
Almost positive those are Segal Brand traction bars. Out of business in the early 70's.

Re: traction bar question
I have a pair very similar but with different shock mount points. I saw some ads for them in the 68-69 era in old magazines. I have one 1972 Segal catalog but it has no traction bars in it. I think by that time Segal has started being more of a jobber instead of manufacturing thier own stuff. Most of the things in the 72 catalog are the same things that Eelco and Cal Custom and other companies had. Which was alot of the same things that Motion was carrying in there catalog at that time.. Lots of the same things... Just different packages....I think the owner of Segal was Al Segal and was a big part of Sema way way back.
Cool looking traction bars ! Tommy https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/burnout.gif |
