need help with a spare i found/14 inch polyglas
 

while cleaning out the garage i came across a rim and tire that looks like it was a spare for an old muscle car.the tire still has the nubs on it and looks as if it was in a trunk for a while from markings on tire.
the rim is black with these markings on the inside of the lug area

the tire is a goodyear 14 inch polyglas g70-14 custom widetread.

the tire looks to never been driven on and i know someone could clean it all up and use it on there resto/im just trying to figure which car needs it/ill snap some pics later tonight

id love to hook someone up who needs this tire and wheel.no info from you experts on this?thank you.the rim seems to be 4 1/2 lug pattern
