deciphering a Muncie
I found this in the garage today and I think it is a 67 model M21. here are some pictures. Thanks in advance for a positive ID.

Tommy, Those 2 rings on the imput shaft make your Muncie a M20 wide ratio trans. M21 would have only one ring. I believe early 60's Muncies didn't have these ID rings. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ins/3gears.gif

Two grooves on input is M20 gearbox, M21 would have one groove.

Thats good, thanks for clearing that up for me. I plan on running a 3:55 in the camaro so the M20 will be a good trans for that ratio.
