looking for the part # for the j52 disc brake caliper for a 69 z

Same ones used on the 1969 Firebirds & 69-70 Nova w/Frt. Disc brakes.
Front Lefthand #5469122.
Front Righthand #5469123.
Both of these were soon superseded by LH Frt.# 5472433,& RH Frt.# 5472434 which were issued sometime around 1973-74.
Bear in mind that these are <u>NOT</u> the same ones used on the 4 wheel RPO JL-8 disc. brake cars,and these part #'s are <u>NOT</u> the same as the casting number actually cast into them.These are merely the shelf ID part numbers the GM placed on them in.
Someone who owns any one of these cars,could probably tell you the actual number cast into the caliper..

As for the backing plates,#5463496-LH &amp; #5463497-RH were used on the line on 1969-70 Nova,1969-70 Chevelle &amp; 1969 Camaro,ALL w/Ft. Disc.(but not Camaro w/4-wheel Disc.brake)
#5463565-LH &amp; #5463566-RH were issued later on for the 1973-74 Nova w/Ft. Disc.
The later issued part#'s can be used on all these cars as mentioned above but would be considered service replacements for the earlier vehicles,not assembly line attached.
