1968 396 short block, 3935440 casting
 

This is a 1968 3935440 2 bolt main 396 engine for sale dated April 4th 1968. It is fresh from the machine shop(Kim Barr Racing Engines). It has a .10/.10 cast crank, was bored .30 over with forged TRW pistons, 3/8/ rods with ARP bolts, complete rotating assembly balanced, line honed the mains, decked the block, all machine work done no sleeves. New cam bearings, rings, rods, mains, brass freeze plugs. This engine is ready to go $2000 plus shipping. I can crate and ship the engine anywhere in the lower 48 for $125.
