Pulling a bunch of Camaro's out of a wrecking yard
An old wrecking yard here is closeing down. They have a dozen 67-74 Camaro's, I'm getting 8 of 'em.
The ones I've got home now... 71 4Speed Z/28 Antique White http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l1...o/71Z28013.jpg http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l1...o/71Z28011.jpg http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l1...o/71Z28005.jpg http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l1...o/71Z28001.jpg |

Re: Pulling a bunch of Camaro's out of a wrecking yard
68 Z. They "sold" it to a family friend before I got there, for $7K. Should I go back and see if it could be "unsold" for more? It has a non-numbers DZ in it now.

Re: Pulling a bunch of Camaro's out of a wrecking yard
The rest of the cars are in a diffrent part of the yard. I'll get pix of them, when I go back on Sunday.
seriously though, what's that 68 Z worth? https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif |
Re: Pulling a bunch of Camaro's out of a wrecking yard
Is there any paperwork or other documentation to prove it is a Z? If that rear differential pictured (10 bolt) is in that car it is missing the engine, transmission (has auto installed) and rear end and with a 68 it is nearly impossible to prove it is a Z/28 without original paperwork or original drive train.
