69 Z/28 302 Main and rod bearings. What to use?
 

I'm starting to go back together with the 302 and was wondering what main and rod bearings people here have used? My machinist said the crank was on the high end and suggested using Clevite 77 HX. These bearings have .0001 extra clearance built into them. Just wondering what other people have used. Clevite, King, Vandervell. Federal Mogul
