65-67 GTO A&A Fiberglass Hood
 

I just bought this fiberglass hood to hang in my garage.

It is a real A&A 65-67 GTO fiberglass hood with a Thunderbolt teardrop lid. It has the hood pins on it but can be bolted to stock hood hinges. There are a couple of cracks but overall it is good condition. I would think it came off a race car from back in the day and with a little work it would look perfect for that "Day 2" car.

It came from the Southern WI, Northern IL area. Can anyone remember a car that would have this hood on it from this area?

That's a nice looking hood. I'd wanna buy a car just to put it on something. I came really close to buying a bitchin' Day 2 '65 GTO about a year ago, and if I would have, you'd be recieving a PM right about now.

Cool hood. I have to say I never thought those hoods looked " right " on non Ford cars, but that Chevelle does not look bad.
