Are the '69 and '70 lighters the same? Looking for a correct one to finish off the restoration.

I have a mint original 70 lighter in stock. It is the chrome with black center rochester style. I also have the all black plastic style used in later years. Let me know if you still need one. Earl

I appreciate you picking up on this Earl. Below are photos of what I believe is correct for my Nova (05D build). The portion that goes into the lighter receptacle is exactly the diameter of a nickel. I used to know which one Rochester/Casco? but have forgotten.

That is the original rochester style lighter. I can mail the replacement direct to Ken if that works for you. Earl

BTW, Ed Montini (Enio45) saw the PA Dealer Plate that I bought from you and he said he had never seen one in better condition. It is simply - perfect!

The lighter in my 69 nova has the same body style as the picture shown but the handle in the nova is the same size as the radio and headlite switch knob. Maybe the NOS version has a smaller black knob then the assembly line versions? https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif

The larger radio knob size is for a Chevelle or Impala with in dash lighter. The smaller knob size is for ash tray lighters in Novas and 69 Camaros. Earl
