Front plate holders in GA in 1970?
 

The guy that now has my '70 LT-1 thinks it was delivered with a front licence plate holder. I honestly don't remember seeing any such thing but would have definitely tossed it in the garbage. My friends say there were no FLPHs on cars delivered to GA ever. I wouldn't bet money either way but don't recall ever seeing a FLPH on a new car in GA.

Anybody know for sure?

BTW, this guy is doing a frame off restoration. He sent me some current pictures. It was like opening a loved one's casket. I wish I had NOT seen those pictures!
