best way to restore/refurbish alternator?
i have an alternator that needs restored/refurbished... its original to my car (72z28) and definetly want to re-use it... it appears that the previous owner had spray painted it multiple times... what is the best process to get it looking new???

I sent him three bird houses 5 years ago.
I got them back in my hands completely functional & gone through,meaning show quality restored,dated diodes,CZ stamps,Fan & pulley attached etc.,7 weeks later. He & his son used to be regulars at VetteFest,twice a year. In those days he would pick up or deliver your components to you at the show,if you desired.I don't think he does that anymore.. |

Unfortunately, my turnaround time for my dist, alt and horn relay has been 10 months - with calls every 3 months????????
