It stands for Dave Vandervort.. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/wink.gif
I think those were used a 1969 L-78 Novas.
I know #3947824BV has been found on 1969 Solid lifter 396,427 Pass./Chevelle/Camaro & 1970 Camaro LT-1.
Compare the snoots..are they identical?

They are both identical with the "bumps" in the small part of the pulley. It's definetly for a 69 vehicle. Could it be L78 Nova??
