Second-highest bidder had 161 feedbacks and was willing to go $4150. Doesn't make any sense. It's just a NOS HT/X tach; those come up every so often, but don't go anywhere near that price.

There was a bid retracted for $5300 before the auction ended. That was probably the guy who the seller responded to.

It has been relisted, so it did not sell. High bidder was retracted and then the winning bidder was refered to as a "ghost" by the seller.
