Automotive fraud attorney?
Isn't there a member here who is an attorney that specializes in automotive fraud cases? If so, who? https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif
I couldn't find anything via search. Thanks. Eric |

Much obliged, thanks!

Re: Automotive fraud attorney?
Yeah, I'm still around here ...
Sorry I haven't been posting much lately! Yes, I do represent individuals who have found themselves on the wrong end of the stick when it comes to muscle car transactions. There is WAY too much fraud and misrepresentation in our hobby today. With technology getting better and better, it is unfortunatly becoming common place to find fake buildsheets and rebodied cars at every big auction. Very depressing!! |
Re: Automotive fraud attorney?
How's business these days Bryan? Have they made you a partner yet?

Bryan;
You have a PM Eric |
Re: Automotive fraud attorney?
Business is steady, but the number of collector car fraud calls that I've been receiving as of late has slowed. I hope that is a good thing (for the hobby), but I have a feeling that there is just as much fraud now as there has ever been.
When you do this type of work you get the opportunity to see just how far guys will go to pull off a scam, it's really disheartening. |

And kudos to Bryan for convincing his law firm to partly specialize in collector car fraud. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif |
Re: Automotive fraud attorney?
Good luck Eric. It seems like the auto bus. is infested with people who have little or no ethics. So many times guys just let these hustles get away with murder rather than going through the quagmire that is our legal sys.
If you were closer I'd suggest you talk to my guy as he is getting an education in auto mechanics as we ready for trial! |
