Production Pictures
Does anyone have any pictures, or know of any sites, that have any assembly line pictures of the 3rd gen X-bodies? Or is that something GM still has in their archives?

Re: Production Pictures
Back in the 90's NNN did a series on Willow Run and how they built the Novas and all the processes the body and parts went through from paint to final assembly. You might find those issues on ebay or you can PM me and I could possibly be talked into selling you a box full of issues. Some of the older issues are pretty good.

One of my passions is collecting Chevrolet design studio & assembly line material.
I have a Chevrolet 16mm 45 minute color movie that shows the process of ordering, processing & assemblying many 1974 Chevrolet vehicles.I know most would ignore it because it's 1974 production, but quite honestly it's the best Chevrolet movie I have ever seen with it's detailed shots and vibrant rich colors, all backed up with a sound track that would rival any Hollywood production. |

Yeah, Jed and I discussed that.. These were what NNN had in their magazine pictures, generation 4 Novas, but still cool just the same!! Actually, if I am not mistaken generation 3 Novas are 1968-1974... Rich https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif |

Yes, you are correct Rich. I don't mind that it's the 1976 Model.
